Grounding
The city falls away. You take a hot shower, sip kava or tea, and let binaural beats pull your nervous system down into stillness.
You arrive carrying the city in your shoulders, leave with something soft warmth inside you that spreads, and a body that finally feels like home again. Supple like a cat, you step back into your life more open, more radiant, and more fully yourself.

Somatica is offered at no cost. The Dharma — and therefore healing — cannot be sold for money. The practice is shared freely, without price or obligation. You are welcome to give nothing, or as much as you choose. A gift of $150 or more per visit helps keep this sanctuary open, but it is never required, and never payment for the healing itself.
This is not a sexual experience. Do not come looking for a happy ending or sex. When we focus on bodhichitta rather than sexual satisfaction, a deeper pleasure and relaxation becomes possible. Somatica Sanctuary is a space for healing, presence, and respectful touch only.

Fifty minutes of deep tissue massage. Circulation improves, knots unwind, and tension begins to release.

Optional infrared sauna draws it all out. You sweat what you no longer need. Electrolytes, fruit, and a gradual return to yourself.
I've delivered over a thousand deep tissue massages to individuals with chronic pain and injuries. Over the last five years I've journeyed deep into the mystical, and recognized with gratitude the good fortune I've had, and how I'm in a unique position to share that good fortune through my body work.
Recipients of my massages have praised the strength of my hands and my ability to quickly discover and diffuse the knots in their muscles.
